Cancellation Policy

BodyK’s Cancellation Policy entitles Concierge Service clients to a full refund if the client calls to cancel her appointment for a minimum of 2 days prior to their COVID tests, any other health and/or wellness tests, and/or preventive digital screening services. In cases where the given notice has been received less than 2 days prior, the booked service will be charged in full. For Drive-Thru Service clients all paid appointments are final, no refund will be issued. BodyK will gladly re-schedule the client for the next available date or issue a Gift Card for the full amount to be used either by the client, or anyone else he or she chooses for future COVID tests, any other health and/or wellness tests, and/or preventive digital screening services.

This Cancellation policy applies to services to be rendered either to individuals and/or groups of any size.
